    Does the Chinese translate into something meaningful, or is it just going to order me a giant noodle bowl and some inscrutable seafood concoction on the side battered in tempura?

    Translation (admittedly imperfect and certain to receive contradictions or corrections from other posters):

    Panel 3: “I think I’ve been kidnapped.”
    Panel 4: “I miss my wife.”

    Translation (admittedly imperfect and certain to receive contradictions or corrections from other posters): Okay, here’s the obligatory contradiction/correction, though that’s actually pretty close. Did you get it from google translate? If you were going to use real Chinese (not that I think most people will care), it would be something like:
    “我想我被綁架了!” (I think I’ve been kidnapped!). The second part looks right, if a little on the formal side.

    That said, I really like this comic. It’s really funny. I also like how you’ve drawn the guy. He looks like an older middle-aged Chinese guy, without having any stereotypical Chinese-y features. Poor kidnapped Chinese guy.
