There was a Monty Python sketch on the original series, in which a mobster tried to sell protection to the British Army, complete with the “Shame if anything happened to it” line.
I was thinking back to an old Far Side that showed ineffective gangster threats. “Nice carpet… be a shame if someone were to track mud all over it.”
Shouldn’t this carton be in Sicilian ? Or at least in bad-Hollywood-Italian?
