Did you know that Eddie Bauer has been selling the spork as a yuppie camping gadget? I asked if they thought they’d invented it. The cashier said “Well, no… but it is our biggest seller.”
The spork is a Satanic plot designed to confuse human sexuality. While forks are *obviously* male and spoons are *obviously* female, the spork is an ungodly and unnatural mixture of the two. I am shocked and horrified to see this hellbound utensil as the subject of a “comic.” No wonder the other tablewares are terrified – they can smell the brimstone.

Poor, maligned spork. Jack of all food textures, master of none. Before coming to its rescue, try eating cereal with one.
Nice to see that other well heeled, sophisticated web comic connosieurs indulge in a little xkcd.
