Sally Forth Week: The One in Which a Character’s Death Is NOT Foretold

Posted in Uncategorized by cesco7 on September 5, 2015

It has come to my attention that quite a few people think a certain strip in this week’s story is a flashforward to the mourning of a soon-to-be-departed character, rather than a wistful possible glimpse of a relationship’s end. (You will know the strip when you get to it.) Looking at the day in question, I can completely understand that interpretation.

But please know that no character in Sally Forth will ever die unless it’s in a fiery explosion after they saved every single creature from the Puppy Kitty Piggy Elephant Sanctuary…or due to a belated “renewal” after they bring back carousel from Logan’s Run.

Seriously, people thought you were getting ready to kill off Jon? What do they think this is, “Funky Winkerbean?”

Hit the nail on the head, Paul. I wasn’t looking forward to Jon’s tragic demise during a hot dog eating contest.

As someone who was OBSESSED with Logan’s Run as a child, it never occurred to me that the sandman/population ratio is really freaking high.
