Sally Forth Fall Preview: Day One

Posted in Uncategorized by cesco7 on September 11, 2017

Before we begin our new Fall Season of Sally Forth (in which you will get a pilot episode, a second episode in which half the characters have been recast and the workplace location changed, and then nothing new until sweeps) please take note of the incredible work Jim Keefe pulled off in creating a Sally Forth Al Hirschfeld-style classic cover, even going that extra step into madness by not only hiding the Ninas in the lines but actually writing how many there are (as was Hirschfeld’s style). Then as a surprise, Jim mentioned my cats, who are now suing but still, I thought it a lovely gesture. (For more on the cover, click here to learn about the work of Hirschfeld’s lesser-known brother-in-law who does work on spec and fortunately accepts post-dated checks from Sally Forth GmbH, our German subsidiary that doesn’t exist.)

Please tell me that one of the Ninas is in the collar of Ted’s tee-shirt. Otherwise I can only find 6 and it’s going to drive me nuts.
