Worked for me and my wife, for sure!
So it wasn’t just me?!?!
oh man, I cried like four times during that movie
I know, I know…it was ‘Squirrel’ that got everyone.
So just so I’m on the same page – ‘Phyllis’ is Dad’s new wife/girlfriend, and his Dad really is a dick.
OTOH, it’s really inconvenient to try to wipe away tears when you’re wearing 3D glasses over regular glasses. (I’ve modified a pair of 3D’s to fit better of my glasses.)

I remember being pretty traumatized by Bambi
